What is Meal Planning Central?

Meal Planning Central is presented by Trish Lindemood, an organic gardener and home cook. With years of experience, Trish decided to share her knowledge and tips with other busy families.

It’s basically a meal planning service which plans all of your meals for you. However, it also provides excellent shopping lists too to ensure you have everything you need. You just need to printout the list and make sure you get everything on it.

There’s a wide range of different plans on offer, but the Family Favorite plan is definitely one of the most popular. It is my favorite! It’s a good idea to take a look at the different plans to see which would best suit your needs.

An easy way to transform your diet

What’s great about Menu Planning Central, is that it completely transforms your diet. What’s more, it does this with very minimum effort.

Its structured approach makes it super-easy to stick to a healthy diet. You know that everything you need to cook healthy, nutritious dinners is included in the plan. All of the recipes are low in sugar and contain zero MSG or artificial sweeteners. It literally takes all of the guesswork out of healthy eating, making it great for busy families.

There’s a whole range of different plans so there’s sure to be something to suit you and your family. There’s also usually at least one slow-cooker recipe included each week for those days when you’re just too busy to cook. So, if you don’t have a slow cooker, it would be worth investing in one.

Meal Planning Central Helps you Try New and Delicious Recipes

Another benefit of the plan is the fact it enables you to try lots of new, delicious recipes. Eating the same things can become extremely boring, but it can be difficult coming up with new and exciting meal ideas when you’re a busy parent.

Each week you’ll have something completely new to try out. It doesn’t just provide dinner recipes either. There’s one new brunch recipe a week, along with a dessert or treat recipe each week too.

There’s quite a lot of different meal plan programs available, but what sets Menu Planning Central apart from the rest, is its affordability. You’ll receive 12 months of meal plans for just $45. That’s less than $1 each week. So, if you struggle to know what to cook and you feel you need structured guidance, Menu Planning Central is highly recommended.

You can use the link below to try it for a FREE week!

You did a great job explaining this! Meal Planning Central sounds like an awesome timesaver – I spend so much time trying to figure out what to cook!

  2. Angie says:

I’ve been saying for years that this is exactly what I need. I am soooo bad at meal planning. I just don’t even know where to start with buying groceries I can use for multiple meals so I don’t have a lot of left over stuff that goes to waste.

  3. What a great service to offer! It’s so nice to have everything planned for you!

  4. Meal planning is definitely an area I struggle with because it’s just me. I love to cook but sometimes I feel so uninspired just cooking for one. I did try out the Vegan Reset a few months back, which is geared towards food for one and it made a huge difference. Going to look into Meal Planning Central as another option.

    1. Shannah Holt says:

I can definitely understand how cooking for one would be uninspiring. Maybe there is meal planning for “two” then you could freeze or save the other serving for leftovers.

  5. Lilia says:

This sounds amazing for someone trying to get the baby weight off like myself. I’ll have to see if we have a UK alternative.

    1. Shannah Holt says:

It is all online when you join you will have access to download the meal plans so I’m sure it is available in the UK as well.

  6. Meal planning has been life changing for me and my level of stress. This post is great and super informative! Thanks for sharing!!!

This looks like a great resource for meal planning – especially for people just starting out! It’s nice to have the meal plans and shopping lists readily available.

  8. Anne says:

This sounds like a great program. Meal planning is definitely one of my biggest struggles as a working Mom. It’s especially hard to cook healthy dinners for my “picky” children.

    1. Shannah Holt says:

I completely understand! I have 8 kids and a husband that is pickier than all of them.

  9. Della Allen says:

Shannah! Meal planning makes such a difference in my budget when I DON’T do it. Ugh. In a pinch I grab something fast and it’s worse for me and expensive! This looks like a great resource! Thank you!

    1. Shannah Holt says:

I totally agree! Sometimes fast is all we can do, but if you can take a little time each week to plan it will be easier.

  10. This service is right up my alley! I hate putting meals together and I am not good with planning healthy, balanced plates. I will definitely give this a try!
