By selecting this option, you are opting out of receiving a health package catered towards your needs. You are under no obligation to look at what your health package would include and can change your plan any given month.

In order to maintain in the program, the membership fee is to be paid monthly.

You will be billed each month on the same date; if you choose to cancel notify me within 5 days of the bill date. There are no refunds after the billing date.
