I am here to help you succeed.  As your health coach, my job is to assure you feel amazing and find your optimal health.  Nowhere in that description is a cycle of losing and regaining weight.

It feels awful to be stuck in that cycle.  If you did that because of my advice, I wouldn’t be doing my job.

How this will work…

This program is about changing your life. It’s not about quick and easy unsustainable results, it’s about integrating healthy habits into your life. In our time together, we’re going to focus on four core elements: 

  1. Adjusting your nutrition to ensure that you’re getting the proper portions of the right foods. Don’t worry I will help you with this!
  2. Daily movement. When you start feeling better you naturally start moving more. We will start slow or where you are and progress from there. This will be based on your likes and needs. You don’t have to buy another program or a gym membership.
  3. Daily mindset work. Your transformation is about more than just your body – this is about being the best version of yourself. Therefore, each day, you’ll be encouraged to spend some time really working through your thoughts and visualizing how you want to look and feel.
  4. Accountability and support. You don’t have to do this alone – and you shouldn’t have to. A big reason you’ll see results is because you’ll have the support and accountability to KEEP GOING from myself, and others on the same mission as you.

This will take work, it won’t be easy. But I can PROMISE you it’ll be worth it.

Why Me?

I have 8 kids. I love them dearly, and they are my world. But, I stopped taking care of myself so that I could take care of them. I didn’t leave time for taking care of me.

I often stood in my closet, literally crying, when I had to get ready to go out anywhere.  I was so uncomfortable. I hated my body. Hated myself for letting myself go.

I knew I couldn’t keep feeling that way. My family was suffering because of my attitude and lack of confidence.
