Recipe Chicken Alfredo

Chicken Alfredo with Spaghetti squash



3 cooked boneless skinless chicken breasts shredded

1 jar of Alfredo sauce (we used an Aldi’s jar that is 60 calories for 1/4 cup)

1 cooked spaghetti squash and the flesh raked out with a fork (look for separate blog post for assistance)

1 pkg mushrooms sauteed with a little coconut oil and Mrs. Dash table blend

shredded mozzerella or parmesean  cheese to top

steamed broccoli

This is our family’s healthier version of Chicken Alfredo. After cooking all of the above separately we throw it all together and stick it in the oven until the cheese melts. This feeds all 6 of us, plus a little left over.
