Hi! I’m Shannah! I’m a mom of a large family (8 kids, 8 furbabies, and 9 grandkids). I’m a Holistic Health, Certified Nutrition & Fitness Coach, and Self Care Advocate.

Let me let you in on a little secret. I didn’t use to take care of myself AT ALL!

As a matter a fact I was so exhausted by the end of the day I barely got myself to bed. That almost killed me so I had to make changes, but you can read more about that on my About Me Page. I want to talk more about what I can do for you!
